About The Opportunity Menasha Packaging is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring materials and production schedules align to meet customer demands efficiently. You'll collaborate with purchasing, production, and engineering teams to drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain master manufacturing schedules for assigned sites to ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction. Monitor materials inventory to determine accurate production schedules. Identify and communicate scheduling conflicts, proposing effective solutions. Support labor forecasting, including overtime requirements. Analyze backlog reports to assess workload and capacity needs. Prepare and review business reports to support decision-making. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in scheduling processes and information flow. Education & Experience
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in production scheduling or planning. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and organizational policies. Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization. Ability to manage supplier relationships and transactions. Familiarity with production cycle logistics and operational considerations. Experience working in or with manufacturing facilities. Work Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional time spent in production or warehouse settings.
