Join a team of 5 Physicians and 3 APPs 80% inpatient/ 20% clinic 1:5 call Rounding/consult volume 12-15 per day Clinic volume 12-15 patients with APP support for follow up patients 24/7 Pulmonary Critical Care & Hospitalist coverage Internal Medicine Residency Faculty Built in referral network Opportunity Details
2-year guaranteed annual salary $285,261 $150,000 recruitment incentive Paid malpractice with tail coverage 403B with match and 457B savings plan Moving allowance up to $15,000 CME annual allowance of $5,000 Comprehensive day-One benefits PSLF eligible J1 and H1b candidates are encouraged to apply About MercyOne Des Moines
