Medical Oncologist
(board-certified or residency trained) to join our Lexington, KY hospital. We are seeking an individual that is team oriented and has excellent communication skills with fellow colleagues, clients, and the referral community. Overview
MedVet Lexington offers 24/7 Emergency services and Ophthalmology services, with plans to build out additional specialty services. The hospital is AAHA accredited and focused on collaborative, comprehensive care. Our ER doctors are experienced in hospitalizing and overseeing specialty cases. We emphasize collaboration across MedVet hospitals and a supportive, skilled team to provide high-quality specialty care. Responsibilities
Provide medical oncology care as a board-certified oncologist or residency-trained physician. Collaborate with Anesthesia, Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Critical Care to deliver comprehensive patient care. Consult with and support colleagues across services, including referring doctors and the wider MedVet network. Contribute to a team-oriented environment with a focus on work-life balance through tailored on-call schedules for a specialty service. Qualifications
Board-certified or residency-trained Medical Oncologist (DVM). Benefits and Opportunities
