Project Kuiper is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. The Manager, Manufacturing Programs will lead the end-to-end Supply Chain program management and planning for Kuiper's Line Replacement Units (LRUs), ensuring seamless production execution and material availability. This role will work closely with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and other key stakeholders to drive manufacturing excellence and meet production targets. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring material availability and maintaining production readiness while simultaneously driving efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives to meet critical business targets. Through strategic coordination with cross-functional teams, they will manage the implementation of process changes and develop transition planning strategies that maintain production continuity. 5+ years leading a diverse team 5+ years managing process excellence and process improvement 3+ years of manufacturing / production system experience Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $146,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $242,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
