Mace, the premier cocktail bar opened in 2015 by acclaimed French bartender Nico de Soto as well as Cocktail Kingdom’s Greg Boehm, has risen to the top of the cocktail world and transformed cocktails as we know them. Mace is dedicated to incorporating unique spices handpicked from around the world and collectively forming an award winning menu. This role is a General Manager position responsible for leading day-to-day bar operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality. The base pay range is $95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar Oversee monthly liquor inventory Attend and enforce mandated trainings for staff Maintain health and safety procedures Maintain the physical plant and coordinate repairs with approved vendors Oversee reconciling tip sheets, scheduling, and reservations Coordinate menu updates with the Cocktail Kingdom Art Department Establish strong brand relationships with liquor vendors Be present on the floor during service to troubleshoot as needed Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing bar team Ensure exceptional guest service and oversee the overall bar experience Requirements
