Senior Benefits Analyst

These operations are supported by ESI’s “Service Center,” a world-class service team that provides clinical, legal, human resources, accounting, compliance, information technology, construction and other resources necessary to allow on-site leaders to focus squarely on day-to-day business. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Benefits Analyst to join our Benefits team and play a key role in the strategic design, implementation, and communication of our employee benefits programs. This individual will bring a deep and broad understanding of health, welfare, and retirement plans, along with a proven ability to work collaboratively with brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Research, recommend and oversee the administration of assigned employee benefit programs, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with state, federal and organizational requirements. Collaborate with brokers and vendors to explore new benefits programs and enhance current offerings. Develop and implement strategic benefit communications to ensure employees understand and access available programs. Lead company-wide benefits initiatives, including employee education programs, monthly newsletters, engagement challenges, and customized education campaigns. Oversee the design and execution of all benefits education tools and resources (Websites, Workday and Sharepoint). Track and report benefits engagement metrics, recommending enhancements as identified. Lead Manager and Resource benefit training courses on topics including how benefit programs work and their recruitment and retention value. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated benefits-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Complete benefits or cross-functional projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 5 years' experience working as a subject matter expert in a senior benefits role. Strong understanding of employee benefit programs and applicable regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word), Sharepoint and other communication tools such as Canva. Experience managing data within HRIS platforms, preferably Workday. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a Hybrid setting.
