As a Solution Architect, you will serve as the CTO's technical counterpart, helping translate client ideas into delivery-ready architectures and guiding teams through solution implementation. You'll work on a wide spectrum of problems across Full-Stack Engineering, Data Engineering, and ML Engineering especially applications that consume foundation models and power agentic workflows. You'll be expected to operate across pre-sales and delivery architecting full systems, scoping work, making build-vs-buy decisions, and contributing to client success. **

Key Responsibilities:
** ** Pre-Sales Architecture & Technical Discovery Work directly with prospects to capture business goals and translate them into estimated, staffed technical architectures.
Lead rapid ideation and technical design workshops with prospective clients.
Create diagrams, proposals, and architectural documents that de-risk delivery and demonstrate feasibility.
Project Solutioning & Delivery Support Architect cloud-native, full-stack, and event-driven solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Support project delivery in an embedded capacity when needed (e.g., early prototyping, solution validation, architecture handoff). Operate fluently across traditional applications and AI-native workflows, especially those using foundation models. Thought Leadership & Technical Strategy ****Stay current with GenAI, automation, architecture, and platform engineering trends. Evaluate tools across clouds and ecosystems to recommend the right solution for each problem. Collaborate on reusable architectures and internal accelerators. Team Enablement Mentor developers and technical team members on architecture, agile delivery, and technical scope planning. Help scale internal engineering maturity with templates, guidelines, and tooling recommendations. Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in software engineering and/or architecture 1+ years supporting pre-sales, consulting, or product discovery conversations Demonstrated ability to design client-server systems, event-driven architectures, and AI-enhanced applications Experience working with clients across industries Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset
