Noblis Responsibilities The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations. These networks enable critical command and control capabilities. PMW 160 comprises four divisions: Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Future Capabilities, Platform Application Services (PAS), and Wide Area Networks (WAN). Position Overview Noblis is seeking a

Junior Systems Engineer

to support the PMW 160 portfolio, including CANES and Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) programs. The ideal candidate will provide engineering support across the lifecycle of tactical network systems, from design through sustainment, with a focus on secure communications, advanced technologies, and network design. Key Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for tactical network systems, assisting with specifications, requirements, and operational procedures Support the development of design solutions that enhance current operations while enabling future capabilities Participate in integrated product teams for new capability designs Assist in creating design courses of action, conducting evaluations, and collaborating with stakeholders Apply cybersecurity principles to support secure and resilient system designs Support specialized functional areas including installation, logistics, software development, rack integration, network design, and cloud implementation Assist with integration of advanced capabilities such as AI/ML, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), DevSecOps, and automation Support server/storage solutions and other computing devices implementation Contribute to transitioning technologies from low Technology Readiness Levels to operational deployment Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or master's degree with 3 years; or associate’s degree with 6 years; or High School diploma with 9 years of experience. Degree in engineering or related field Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with the engineering and integration of domain and enterprise services software for DoD Afloat Network systems (CANES, ADNS, ISNS, CENTRIXS, SCI Networks, SUBLAN, and/or COMPOSE). Experience as a System Engineer in support to a PEO C4I Program Office or similar DoD organization. Proficient with advanced technologies such as containerization, machine learning, automation, and others Experience with transitioning low Technology Readiness Levels Active TS/SCI required U.S. Citizenship is required Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybersecurity or Physical Science is highly preferred. CSWF Training (i.e.. Posted Salary Range: USD $90,700.00 - USD $141,775.00 /Yr.
