The Senior Regional Director of Network Development will be responsible for regional, annual growth in new physician practice partnerships and execution of sales strategies to drive towards aggressive growth targets. The Senior Director will also work closely with other company leaders to drive strategic direction and resource allocation for the company. This role will lead a regional team of sales professionals, providing leadership to their team, partnering successfully with leaders across other company domains, and reporting directly to the VP, Network Development. Goals
Provide leadership and management support to reinforce the foundation and drive the success of Aledade’s core physician outreach function. Inform and drive towards network development targets that support Aledade’s long-term mission and business goals. Utilize systems, structures and processes to drive consistent and predictable sales outcomes. Primary Duties
Provide leadership and management to Aledade’s network development (sales) function. Lead a regional team covering half the country of 8-10 network development professionals including Directors. They will be covering all segments, National Lg/Ent and CHC specific segment leads, as well as Regional SM/Med segments, tasked with expanding Aledade’s presence across the private physician practice segment in both existing and new markets. Execute our segment-focused sales approach. Champion sales enablement, sales operations, and other core operations functions as integral to the effectiveness and efficiency of network development. Hire, coach, develop and mentor sales people. Collaboration and Process
Collaborate with other members of the growth team to adhere to systems and processes that drive accountability, consistency, predictability, and scalability across the outreach function, including Lead management; Sales process discipline; Sales messaging across segmentation and prospect experience set; Pipeline management; Performance management; Adoption and maximization of systems such as Salesforce CRM, Revenue.io and Conga CLM. Collaborate with Marketing, Performance, Business Development and other teams to develop and implement actionable sales plans. Additional Responsibilities
Evaluate performance, manage KPIs, and assess sales performance using Salesforce CRM and other workflow and analytical tools as necessary to meet and exceed goals. Contribute to strong team morale by cultivating connections across a distributed, virtual team. Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of progressive sales and/or sales management experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Willing to travel by car or plane as needed up to 50% Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities
Proven track record of success as a sales leader exemplified by national rankings (multiple year President’s Club Winner, etc.) Salesforce Expertise Familiarity with Value-Based Care Google Suite of Products Physical Requirements
