You are: We are seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, customize, and support solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Service. The developer will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing customizations, plugins, and integrations, configuring Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with business analysts for requirements gathering, conducting testing, managing deployments, and ensuring compliance with Microsoft best practices and security standards. The work: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Platform. Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in - Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with MS Dynamics products Experience with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions) Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications Experience with data migration and ETL processes. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for Dynamics 365 Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Prior experience collaborating with client stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery. Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment Eligibility Requirements: US Citizen The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is: $93,400—$176,200 USD Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
