Overview
Senior Delivery Consultant - Cloud Security, NAMER role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). The AWS ProServe team seeks a skilled Senior Delivery Consultant to join our Cloud Security team. You’ll work with customers to design, implement, and automate solutions in AWS to protect assets, enable security teams, and minimize risk. You will engage in fast-paced, complex projects delivering transformative business and security outcomes globally. The ideal candidate coaches executive security and cloud leaders on security strategy, optimizes cloud security operations, and dives deep into AWS security technology while mentoring junior consultants. Responsibilities
Act as the technical leader for customer engagements and/or the security workstreams of engagements, leading teams of consultants. Lead internal initiatives to deliver quantifiable impact. Develop strategic relationships with internal and external leaders. Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs. Enable and engage delivery partners in project delivery. Provide mentorship and coaching to develop others. About The Team

Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management 5+ years of experience in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment Preferred Qualifications AWS experience with proficiency in services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) AWS Professional-level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) preferred Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python) Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) Strong communication skills for cross-functional audiences Experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, etc. Hands-on security delivery in code, IaC, and enterprise solutions (e.g., WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, SIEM) EEO statement: Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on protected status.
