Job Title: Shipping Associate
Job Description
A prominent manufacturer in Batesville, IN is seeking two dedicated shipping associates to join their morning shift team.
Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
Operate order pickers efficiently using a pick list.
Build and kit service assemblies with precision.
Utilize UPS and FedEx shipping software to process shipments.
Verify the accuracy of picking and packing slips.
Label and prepare packages for shipment.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in inventory management and shipping and receiving processes.
Experience with order picking, labeling, and warehouse shipping.
Ability to use RF scanners and order pickers effectively.
Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with pallet jacks and material handling.
Strong data entry skills.
Understanding of inventory control and warehouse inventory management.
Work Environment
Work in a dynamic warehouse setting with modern equipment including order pickers and RF scanners. The role requires morning shift availability and entails operating pallet jacks and handling materials safely.

This is a Contract position based out of Batesville, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
