The Corporate Strategy team works closely with
Adobe 's top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. We have played an active role in Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, including its transition to cloud, expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing, and positioning in the market around Generative AI. Adobe is at the forefront of digital experiences worldwide, enabling creatives and global enterprises in digital transformation and the creation of experience businesses. This strategy has contributed to strong financial performance and stock price appreciation. What You'll Do
As Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will accelerate Adobe's long-term growth and join a highly entrepreneurial team with alumni from top management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. Your responsibilities could encompass a wide array of strategic topics, such as: Developing product strategies Assessing the impact of technological trends, such as Gen AI Analyzing the competitive landscape Determining Adobe’s future strategic positioning Crafting a perspective on market adjacencies, including strategies to pursue (e.g., build, buy, or partner) You will drive projects and cross-functional initiatives aimed at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. This role offers the opportunity to support senior executives across the business as they tackle critical challenges and can serve as a launchpad to operations and general management roles within Adobe and the broader tech ecosystem. What You’ll Need To Succeed
Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and graduating between December 2025 - June 2026 3-4 years of leading transformational change with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in management consulting, consumer internet, or SaaS strategy Experience operating in a digital/consumer internet or SaaS environment; prior understanding of digital marketing or digital advertising highly desired Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while staying focused on the big picture Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presence in front of senior executives Creative thinking with a bias for action Relentless but relationship driven – ensuring debates and discussions lead to good outcomes for all involved and set a positive tone for cross-functional teams Compensation and Notices
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $99,500 -- $201,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
