Provide clinical supervision to Other Licensed Practitioners (OLP Clinicians) who deliver structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral health needs. Utilize multiple evidence-based practices to promote families’ strengths. Ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications. Qualifications
Master\'s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related human services field Independent NY state licensure is required (LCSW or LMHC with diagnostic privilege) Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families Bilingual English / Spanish preferred Benefits
