Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large installation company working with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We are seeking a detail-oriented office administrator to call customers, schedule sales consultants, review paperwork, and process paperwork. Responsibilities:

Handle outgoing and incoming phone calls. Understand customer needs to pre-qualify leads. Create and coordinate sales consultants schedules, balancing routes and leads. Monitor and log all calls. Perform daily office tasks. Review contracts. Provide excellent customer service. Job Requirements:

Good communication skills. Pass a background check. Positive attitude. Time efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of Chicago geography. Data entry skills. Professional demeanor. Excellent phone and customer service skills. Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
