Hadrian . Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts. We recently raised $260 million in Series C to accelerate this mission. We are launching a new Factory in Mesa, Arizona, a 270,000 square foot facility that will create 350 new jobs immediately, and expanding with a new headquarters and Hadrian Maritime to serve naval production. We are introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts. Hadrian works with startups, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, and major defense contractors across space, shipbuilding, and aviation to scale production, reduce costs, and accelerate delivery on mission-critical programs. We are backed by leading investors including Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz. Our fast-growing team is united by a shared mission to reindustrialize American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond. The Role

As a Sales Director at Hadrian, you will report to the VP of Sales and play a key role in shaping the future of strategic partnerships within the aerospace and defense sectors. You will focus on developing long-term, value-driven relationships with key stakeholders across major primes and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers. Your work will directly support Hadrian’s mission to reindustrialize American manufacturing with speed, precision, and innovation. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic enterprise sales initiatives, from initial contact to contract closure and continuous growth. Build and manage relationships with executive-level stakeholders to co-develop growth plans that align with customer and company objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (engineering, operations, and product) to ensure seamless customer engagement and execution. Drive multi-year engagements with customers, growing accounts from initial divisions to full-enterprise partnerships. Represent Hadrian’s differentiated capabilities to industry decision-makers, helping advance digital and supply chain transformation within the defense sector. What We’re Looking For

Proven success in securing and managing seven-figure contracts within the aerospace and defense industry, including with primes and suppliers. Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise sales cycles using a structured, process-based approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from procurement to executive leadership. Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing operations, or a strong willingness to learn. Experience in sales of hardware, infrastructure, services, or enterprise software. What Will Set You Apart

Established relationships within aerospace, defense, or government contracting sectors that support rapid engagement. Prior experience selling large-scale digital transformation programs such as Cloud, ERP, automated manufacturing or enterprise software into defense-related organizations. Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, ownership, and the ability to build scalable strategies in an evolving environment. Background in enterprise SaaS, manufacturing, defense contracting, or equivalent experience through a non-traditional pathway. Compensation
