Senior Lifecycle Acquisition Manager (#2043) Location: Springfield, VA Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI Overview

Provide detailed, day-to-day support for planning and executing contracts. Support the IPT co-chairs in development and implementation of a contract acquisition strategy. Support development and coordination of acquisition documentation, including Acquisition Plans, SOWs and PWs, and Requests for Information (RFIs). Prepare white papers/background papers related to acquisition strategies and Source Selection Plans. Coordinate governance briefs and supporting documents (Acquisition Governance Council). Document and track action items, statuses, and approvals; develop and update schedules; manage briefing and decision documentation; generate and coordinate meeting minutes. Identify acquisition and program issues and communicate impacts to Government leads. Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 12 years of overall experience. Minimum 8 years of acquisition experience working IT contracts development and execution in the US Government. Desired Qualifications
Experience as, or directly supporting, a Contracting Officer Technical Representative. Understanding of DoD or IC acquisition processes and NGA acquisition processes. Familiarity with geospatial intelligence mission and GEOINT-related data structures and metadata. Knowledge of cloud computing and distributive processing; familiarity with commercial content discovery and retrieval services. Project management experience in cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
