Job Description Lead discrete software and/or process projects related to operational strategy, planning and execution that will support Operations to execute best in class Supply Chain and Channel Repair models. Act as liaison for Service Operations to other organizations within A to facilitate major process or systems enhancements (e.g., Warehouse management, Finance, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Dev, etc.). Work closely with internal stakeholders within Service Operations to drive projects to successful completion. Analyze root cause Service Operations issues to determine gaps and put in place corrective actions. Perform training for new systems and processes. Write business requirements documents (systems requirements) for systems & business enhancements. Create & deliver effective presentations to executives. Analyze and revamp daily operational processes to enhance productivity. Work closely with the internal process management team to ensure appropriate synchronization of efforts with business team. Manage projects from cradle to grave, providing cost-benefit analyses and return on investment analyses, along with project status to the business. Assist with scalability requirements for Operations organization. Determine innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction. Help assess appropriate tools for Materials & Channel organizations. Manage projects to assemble and update all process documentation for Materials & Channels. Coordinate discussions that scope out systems requirements for the next 5-10 years. Key Qualifications

Supply Chain and/or Channels Operations Experience (4-5 years) Experience in managing and leading Service Operations Business Projects Experience in gathering & documenting requirements for an Operations Business Projects for either systems or process projects Experience in developing & delivering a project status presentation to executives Supply Chain workflow design/process mapping capability Strong leadership capabilities Experience using Supply chain systems such as SAP, APO, Agile, Oracle, or 09 is an asset Implementing Supply Chain or Channel software solutions is an asset Experience in forecasting, planning, inventory management, warehousing, and/or channel repair related processes would be considered an asset Consulting experience would also be an asset ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability and veterans, (M/F/D/V).
