$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr About Us Integrate is a Seattle-based company building program management software for the world’s most ambitious machines. Integrate simplifies cross-organizational collaboration within deep tech (think rockets, self-driving cars, robotics), with vendors, customers, and other external stakeholders as seamlessly as other software solves collaboration for internal teams. We are revolutionizing how organizations work together in the new deep tech economy by reducing communication overhead and unnecessary workload. Our Solution Despite growing tailwinds in deeptech and manufacturing industries in the US, existing software tools are inadequate to keep up with the rapid iteration and accelerated pace of hardware development. We’re building the future of government collaboration. Our platform powers secure, multiplayer work for the U.S. government and beyond - enabling speed, coordination, and network effects where it matters most. We’ve already won a $25M+ contract with the U.S. Space Force, and we’re just getting started. Position Overview We’re looking for a scrappy, savvy operator to help Integrate expand its footprint across the DoD by building deep partnerships with large defense primes. This is not a polished BD exec role — this is for someone who thrives in the gray space where deals actually get made: hotel bars at AUSA, late-night capture calls, and whispered teaming discussions. Your mission: make Integrate impossible to leave off a prime’s bid. Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with BD and capture leads at major primes and systems integrators Insert Integrate into capture strategies and teaming agreements before proposals are locked Gather “ground truth” on which primes are chasing which vehicles/opportunities Negotiate teaming agreements and workshare that align with our startup’s growth Feed intel back to our Managing Director, Washington Ops for top-level relationship building Represent Integrate at industry events, conferences, and all the side-conversations that matter Help shape proposals and technical narratives to highlight our differentiation Qualifications
3–7 years in defense BD, capture, or DoD innovation ecosystem (e.g., primes, DIU, AFWERX, mid-tier integrators, or defense startups) Rolodex of working-level contacts inside at least 2-3 large primes Knows how to navigate OTAs, IDIQs, and subcontracting landscapes Comfortable with ambiguity; thrives in a startup environment without a proposal army behind you Exceptional communicator — equally adept at gathering and sharing intel with partners or briefing senior stakeholders Relentlessly opportunistic: you see angles and plays others miss Why Join Us
Be the first Government Partnerships Lead at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup Shape our defense growth story - your relationships and insights will directly determine how Integrate expands its footprint across the DoD See your impact fast - from teaming discussions to capture strategies, your work will show up in real contracts and real growth Startup pace, national security mission - be part of a tight-knit, venture-backed team already delivering for the U.S. Space Force and scaling across primes Grow with us - this role is designed as a launchpad into senior BD leadership as we build out the partnerships and capture function ITAR Requirement This position requires access to information protected under US export control laws, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations. As such, US person status (including US citizens, U.S. permanent residents, individuals granted U.S. asylum status, or individuals admitted in U.S. refugee status) is a required qualification for this position. Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, genetics, or citizenship status (when otherwise legally authorized to work and access export-controlled data) and will not be discriminated against on the basis of such characteristics or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate. We encourage applicants of all ages. Performance-based bonuses tied to signed teaming agreements and contract wins. An equity component is also included in our compensation packages. We also offer excellent health insurance benefits and a matching 401k program.
