Overview

Healthcare Informatics Program Manager role at Trilogy Federal. The candidate will support one of our large federal agency clients, with experience related to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA, VBA, or VHA) and a background in diverse IT projects. The position is contingent upon award (Q3/Q4 2024) and may require occasional customer site visits in Washington, DC. Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Trilogy Federal; actual pay is based on skills and experience. Primary Responsibilities

Perform tasks to ensure program goals are met, including improving contract management, program management, stakeholder management, and reporting at program and project levels; link program strategic planning to budgeting and performance. Facilitate meetings between client staff, delivery managers, and solution architects to translate business needs into requirements for draft PWS and other scoping documents. Attend and contribute to weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reviews with status updates on managed tasks/projects. Develop and maintain product management artifacts and weekly reports covering status of product line activities, risks, issues, and decisions. Support documentation and maturation of management processes, including regular meetings with business leaders and development teams; prepare recommendations such as lessons learned and process improvements. Support Trilogy corporate initiatives for staff development and company growth through business development efforts. Manage all duties related to program management for client and Trilogy deliverables; oversee teaming partner contributions and relationships; mentor and coach junior staff. Minimum Requirements

Master's degree 15+ years’ relevant experience Experience with diverse IT projects (large and small) Strong experience with full systems development life cycle, enterprise-wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, structure and management practices Expert understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles and practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal); ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences Ability to interface well with end-users and client stakeholders Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing requirements Proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint Preferred Qualifications

Preferred VA, VBA, or VHA experience PMP strongly preferred Prosci Change Management certification Benefits
