The NeuroHealth Institute at Baylor Scott & White Health is recruiting a Neurohospitalist in north Austin. Fellowship training in Vascular Neurology is preferred. Position Highlights: Join as 1 of 2 Neurohospitalists to provide inpatient neurological care in a community hospital setting, tele-stroke opportunities are available Work schedule is an average of 7 days on/off (182 shifts/year) with opportunity for extra pay shifts in our telemedicine group. The regional neurology team is comprised of 7 neurologists, 2 nurse practitioners, 3 technologists, nursing, and administrative support staff. The Neurohospitalist will join a larger collaborative team of Vascular Neurologists and Neurohospitalists who cover stroke and inpatient care needs for the system; currently comprised of 25 physicians.
