Montefiore is seeking an

Agile Coach

to guide individuals, teams, and leaders in adopting and improving Agile practices. This role will build a culture of agility, requiring coaching skills, Agile knowledge, and technical expertise. The Agile Coach will work with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Managers, and senior leadership to implement Agile mindsets and foster high-performing teams. Responsibilities

Team & Organizational Coaching Provide ongoing coaching to Agile teams and individuals to promote Agile principles and continuous improvement. Demonstrate leading practices for facilitating Agile ceremonies and support organization and mobilization of Agile teams. Guide teams in using meaningful Agile metrics to support continuous improvement. Capability Building Lead and deliver training workshops and coaching programs for teams, leaders, and stakeholder groups. Mentor Scrum Masters and Managers/Owners to grow internal coaching capacity and support team maturity. Provide Performance Management for Scrum Master trainees to support growth and development. Collaboration & Alignment Partner with IT and business leadership to align Agile execution with strategic goals and delivery outcomes. Work with teams to improve collaboration, dependency management, and program-level coordination. Help teams and leadership shift from project-centric to product- and value-driven thinking. Community & Culture Build and sustain Agile Communities of Practice to promote knowledge sharing and culture change. Encourage an Agile Culture and a mindset of experimentation and continuous learning. Requirements

Agile principles and delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). Recent high-level experience in Jira/Confluence Cloud. Team and leadership coaching. People leadership in an Agile environment. Facilitation of Agile ceremonies and workshops. Change management and transformation leadership. Stakeholder engagement and collaboration. Agile performance metrics and team health tracking. Conflict resolution and team dynamics. Product and value-driven delivery mindset. Continuous improvement and learning culture. Communication and influence across levels. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 7 years of Agile experience, including 5 years in a coaching or enterprise Agile transformation role. Strong facilitation and mentoring skills with demonstrated success coaching teams, leaders, and Agile roles. Familiarity with multiple delivery models (Agile, Lean, Kanban, traditional) and how to navigate hybrid environments. Strong communication and influence skills across technical and non-technical audiences. Exposure to enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
