About The Team Our retail team interacts with customers in a special way. Shopping at Rothy’s IRL is not ordinary retail, so our staff is extraordinary. Team members are experts in fit, wear, and sizing of our shoes and have deep knowledge of every style with outstanding customer service skills. Our customers love shopping in stores due to the exceptional experiences they have with our Retail team. What You'll Do
Effectively communicate Rothy’s brand story, values, and mission to customers and team members Share expert brand and product knowledge to help customers experience our style, look, and quality Build and maintain community through in-store activations/events; participate in planning and execution of activations to drive brand awareness and incremental volume Collaborate with the Regional Director and proactively train the team on SOPs, store guidelines, and expectations Deliver customer-oriented and product insights to the Retail and HQ teams Report on sales, returns, and store statistics with accuracy and in a timely manner Hire, lead, develop, and motivate a store team to deliver an excellent in-store experience; coach for high performance and address employee relations concerns with values-based leadership Demonstrate good judgment, develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills Execute and continuously improve operational processes to meet or exceed financial expectations Manage daily staffing, payroll optimization, inventory, and our internal systems for orders and inventory Partner with visual business teams to drive brand standards and optimize sales opportunities You are
Excited to be part of a growing retail organization and enjoy leading through positive intent Proactive in taking initiative on performance matters based on metrics An excellent communicator able to report clearly in person or virtually Strong operational experience with adaptability to changes while managing multiple priorities Able to learn quickly, think critically, propose solutions, and take productive action Able to analyze data to understand the business and our customers Proficient with operations technologies such as Shopify, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Flexible and willing to take on a variety of projects 18 years of age or older You have
4-6 years of retail experience, preferably in footwear/accessories, with at least 2 years in a management role leading a team in a fast-paced setting Extensive experience in store openings, training teams, and leading by example Positive attitude with a focus on delivering the best experience for customers and the team Kind leadership and enjoyment of working with customers and internal teams Availability to work full time, 5 days a week, including Fridays, weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds Our Benefits
