We’re hiring for the Mid-Market Account Executive, US & Canada (North America Mid Market Sales Team) on our Sales Team! In this role, you’ll engage with key decision-makers, forge relationships with some of the world’s most influential organizations, and directly contribute to the growth of Semrush. Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, upselling and cross-selling, and renewals. Work closely with the Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify and engage prospects, understand their needs, and build strong relationships. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to close; comfortable with longer and more complex selling cycles with multiple stakeholders. Handle Legal/Finance/IT requirements as part of deals. Maintain a healthy pipeline of key customers and continuously find new opportunities for customers and qualified prospects. Collaborate with Sales Development, Customer Success, and Marketing to develop and execute account plans. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional solutions to optimize growth. Meet KPIs for high-volume calls, demos, and outreach with personalized cadences. Identify and close cross-sell/up-sell opportunities using Semrush products. Deliver a value-based selling experience based on automation and customer behavior. Forecast monthly/quarterly sales and retention accurately to management. Contribute feedback to the organization using analytical thinking, presentation, and problem-solving skills; identify best practices to refine lead generation. Travel is recommended but not required.
