Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Float Position Summary
The Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative (MA/PSR) serves as a member of the care team providing both clinical care and front desk administrative service to patients in a medical office setting. Duties include but are not limited to clinical, administrative and clerical tasks such as rooming patients, taking vitals, intake of medical history and medications, registration duties, scheduling appointments, insurance verification and customer service.
Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Float Position Requirements High School graduate or equivalent required. One year of clinical or back-office experience is required or completion of a Medical Assistant training program is required. Three (3) years of clerical/administrative experience preferred. This Float Position is assigned to the Western areas (Delmar, Laurel, Seaford, Bridgeville, Federalsburg).

Monday through Friday, Day Shift. Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative Float Benefits
At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 80 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 40 hours per pay period are eligible for benefits.
