The

Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s future by developing and driving high-priority initiatives that strengthen its market position, expand capabilities, and create sustainable competitive advantages. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this leader will partner closely with senior executives and private equity sponsors to execute strategy, M&A activity, and enterprise-level initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the CEO, CGO, and FP&A teams to develop and align the 5-year strategic plan with overarching financial goals and priorities. Lead data-driven analysis and strategic planning efforts to identify and implement initiatives across client engagement, provider platform enhancement, new service offerings, and technology investment returns. Facilitate management forums that promote accountability and track progress against annual budgets and multi-year value creation objectives. Mergers & Acquisitions Strategy & Execution

Support deal execution, integration, and smooth operational transition by working closely with executive leadership and business units. Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, transaction execution, and post-close activities to maximize enterprise value and unlock cross-selling potential. Collaborate with the CFO, CEO, and private equity sponsors to manage exit planning, including preparation of marketing collateral, diligence coordination, and executive presentations. Leadership of Strategic Initiatives

Champion high-priority, complex, and cross-functional projects in partnership with the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and executive leadership. Define clear objectives, design analytical frameworks, conduct thorough research, and develop actionable roadmaps to drive initiatives forward. Maintain rigorous operating cadence to ensure timely and effective execution that delivers tangible results. Core Competencies & Attributes

Servant-leader mindset, demonstrating executive presence, managerial courage, and dedication to developing others. Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role. Background in healthcare, professional services, or private equity–backed companies preferred. MBA strongly preferred.
