Supply Chain (Manufacturing) | Corporate Recruiting | Pharmacy Tech Recruiting | Talent Acquisition | Recruitment/Staffing & BPO Professional The Production Manager leads the daily operations of the beverage production lines to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This individual will be responsible for managing production personnel, scheduling, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The position will be based in Denver, CO. What You Will Be Doing
Lead day-to-day beverage production operations across multiple lines and shifts. Monitor KPIs such as throughput, yield, downtime, OEE, and labor utilization; drive improvements through data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, HACCP, and other quality and regulatory standards. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Sanitation to ensure operational readiness. Manage and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and hourly associates. Lead shift meetings, root cause investigations, and problem-solving activities (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.). Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement plans. Maintain accurate production records, daily reports, and operational scorecards. Oversee employee scheduling, labor allocation, and cross-training initiatives. Partner with Maintenance and Engineering on equipment performance, downtime tracking, and capital project support. Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment aligned with company values. Lead and participate in WIG (Wildly Important Goals) teams to execute plant-wide priorities. Collaborate with HR for staffing, employee relations, and performance coaching. Act as a key contributor in budget planning and cost control initiatives. Support internal and external audits and inspections (FDA, OSHA, corporate quality, etc.). Champion continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, visual management, etc.). We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Food Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment. Proven track record of leading teams to meet production and safety goals. Strong knowledge of production equipment, sanitation standards, and manufacturing KPIs. Experience with unionized workforce is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cold/wet environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus. Strong understanding of OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and GMP requirements. Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Benefits

Base pay range: $105,900.00/yr - $137,580.00/yr Location: Denver, CO Notes: The salary range is $105,900 to $137,580 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.
