within the

Global Technology Enterprise Architecture team

, you provide specialized expertise to influence the target state architecture and strategy. Work across teams to implement and advance the adoption of complex strategic global solutions that give JPMorgan Chase a competitive advantage. You will be a key part of a team shaping the Firms data development lifecycle, working across varied stakeholders with their own local interests to understand constraints, negotiate target states, and ensure they are clearly communicated to decision makers. Job responsibilities Advises and leads on strategy and development of multiple products, applications, and technologies across a portfolio

Translates highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to leadership to drive the firm's innovation and enable leaders to make strategic, well-informed decisions about target state architecture

Drives adoption and implementation of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies

Formalizes and negotiates the stages of the data development lifecycle, including capture of requirements, definition standards, acquisition, persistence, transmission, consumption, destruction, reconciliation and reuse

Interprets business strategy and plans to enable integration with a target state architecture;

Translate highly complex technical issues, trends, and approaches to enable strategic, well-informed decisions by leadership

Builds a shared understanding of risk, options, and solutions with product and SWE leads

Establishes and leads an architecture governance body

Establishes standards, guidelines, and support governance to drive outcomes

Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that improves velocity and quality of output across teams and functions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience

Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

Experience building and operating a multi-consumer data sharing system (e.g messaging system, financial exchange, collaboration platform)

Experience working with ontologies (e.g., DCAT, DPROD, etc.), along with a strong understanding of general ontology concepts such as classes, properties, relationships, and reasoning.

Familiarity with data governance and data quality frameworks.

Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines and advanced analytics platforms.

Expertise in one or more programming language(s), applications, and architecture disciplines

Demonstrated prior experience influencing across functions and teams to deliver modern architecture

Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex architecture problems across various technical disciplines

Extensive practical cloud native experience

Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best technology solutions and approaches to achieve the future state architecture

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI, HIPPA)

Experience training/teaching

Published author

Familiarity with corporate banking, payments, treasury, and risk management systems

Experience architecting solutions with machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data science platforms

Good to have certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF)
