role. This position supports Life & Annuity Operations with oversight for transformational and continuous improvement projects and initiatives within the domain to deliver strategic value to the organization. Note:

Strategic Alignment: Work with senior leadership of Life & Annuity Operations to translate business priorities into actionable initiatives that deliver strategic value; evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, risk, regulatory requirements, resources, etc.; balance competing demands across initiatives to focus the team on the right priorities; actively communicate with IT, PMO, supplier partners and other stakeholders to ensure common understanding of goals and success criteria. Architecting Business Framework: Oversee the development of the project charter (purpose statement, guiding principles, success metrics, business capabilities); partner with the Principal Business Architect to lead workshops to design the target operating model and organizational structure; may consult on mapping business capabilities, design of processes, and gathering requirements to achieve the target operating model. Execution Oversight: Cultivate relationships with external vendors and internal partners to design, develop and implement business solutions; ensure the technical solution aligns with business objectives and outcomes; align the technology roadmap with the business roadmap; provide escalation points for scope, schedule and budget; proactively identify and mitigate risks; support change management for adoption and realization of benefits; establish KPIs, report progress, and adjust as needed; maintain alignment with stakeholders and executives; collaborate with PMO on costs and change requests; implement best practices to improve portfolio management; provide ongoing stewardship of business processes and technical solutions. Talent Management: Collaborate with IT and PMO to manage resource allocation and develop a high-performing team with coaching and development opportunities. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems or related field Minimum ten (10) years of experience in product management and/or technology integration with a track record of delivering medium to large-scale transformations in complex, cross-functional organizations Enterprise view of the business with understanding of strategy, operating models, processes, capabilities and enabling technology Thought leader who can translate strategy into reality; strong analytical skills to synthesize information and problem-solve Ability to lead through influence across all levels in ambiguous, evolving situations Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and partners; manage employee performance and development; strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Ability to recognize and mitigate dependencies and risks; manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in business, finance, computer science, information systems or related field Life & annuity industry knowledge Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Professional SCRUM Product Owner (PSPO) certification Six Sigma certification The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on qualifications, location, and experience. Other rewards may include an annual bonus, quarterly bonuses, commissions, and long-term incentive compensation.
