We're looking for visionaries like you to help write the next chapter of our story. Job Overview We are currently looking for a Global Accounts Vice President to join our sales team. This position can be hired to work at our Global Corporate Headquarters in Holland, MI or remotely, with frequent travel to Holland, MI. The Vice President of Global Accounts accelerates Haworth's growth with its most important multinational customers. This leader designs and executes the global-account strategy—setting revenue, margin, and share-of-wallet goals; shaping the sales roadmap; and overseeing forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations. Designs and executes strategies that expand relationships with our existing multinational customers while capturing new target enterprise opportunities. Leads a dispersed team and collaborates closely with dealers, influencers, and cross-functional partners, to ensure a consistently premium customer experience. Champions customer-first thinking, integrity, continuous learning, and sustainable practices—strengthening Haworth's brand reputation, while meeting global account revenue quota. Essential Functions Responsible for creating and driving the execution of strategic business plans in alignment with Haworth's organizational goals. Shapes and clearly communicates global account growth strategy. Provides systems, tools, and processes for accountability, establishes and tracks KPIs and sales targets, and offers coaching to optimize performance and meet growth, financial, and product mix goals. Owns end-to-end business performance—driving accurate forecasting, disciplined pipeline management, and execution of strategic plans to maximize win rates and profitable growth. Sets and monitors budgets and ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures. Ensure consistent delivery, communication, and service quality across client engagements. Lead and develop Global Accounts Team with a focus on national and global reach and strategic market penetration, ensures accountability for goals, while building and inspiring a high-performing team through thoughtful hiring, continuous development, and performance management. Establish relationships with key decision-makers and influencers and cultivates strong relationships with dealers of top Global Account clients. Collaborates across departments on strategies and gets alignment to enhance client satisfaction and drive sustainable growth. Champions a culture of belonging, supporting initiatives for talent acquisition, engagement, and retention, and fosters career enrichment for team members. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation. Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment. Performs other duties within scope as assigned. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Persuasion Judgment and Decision Making Sales and Marketing Systems Evaluation Administration and Management Critical Thinking Management of Financial Resources Management of Personnel Resources Education Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales or equivalent. Education Equivalency: Associate's degree plus 2 years related experience or, High school diploma plus 4 years related experience. Work Experience 12 years B2B sales and account management experience, leading global or multinational customer portfolios, with a Bachelor's degree or 10 years related experience with a Master's degree. 7 years of supervisory experience Military Equivalency: https://www.mynextmove.org/vets/find/military Additionally Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Ownership of large revenue quotas preferred. Experience creating and executing global account strategies, pricing, forecasting, contracts and share of wallet plans. Experience in domestic and international markets.
