Dealer Performance Partner — you will partner with high-value CarGurus customers to deliver targeted support that optimizes dealers’ results with CarGurus. You will lead on-site training and ongoing coaching to dealership employees, enabling them to optimize lead handling, improve customer connections, and drive return on investment. This role requires collaborating across CarGurus teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales) and synthesizing dealer feedback to inform product roadmap. What You\'ll Do

Leverage automotive expertise to create resources and deliver the best training and service for internal CarGurus teams and external dealer customers. Provide engaging on-site training and support to dealership employees, focusing on lead handling optimization, customer communications, and CarGurus product expertise. Prepare resources for new products going to market and ensure materials reflect latest innovations and enhancements. Indirectly drive organic account growth, product adoption, and reduce churn through a consultative relationship-management approach. Gather and summarize dealer feedback and experiences; proactively communicate insights to CarGurus leadership and stakeholder groups. Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercialization, Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams to share learnings through written documents, presentations, and other channels. Who You Are (Qualifications)

Previous experience in dealership operations, sales, F&I, or BDC & Internet department management, minimum of 5 years. Ability to travel nationwide, up to multiple days each week if needed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Confidence in delivering information publicly and leading meetings, through in-person and virtual channels. Data-driven mindset; adept at compiling and reporting on performance metrics to inform decisions. Values personal brand and how it is perceived by dealership and CarGurus customers; commits to giving best effort daily. Ability to operate autonomously, thrive in ambiguity and change, and maintain an ownership mentality. Proven ability to work cross-functionally, align multiple stakeholders, and manage multiple responsibilities. Compensation & Benefits

Base pay is part of the Total Package. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. US base salary range from $86,000 to $119,000 USD. Individual pay is determined by location and factors such as skills, experience, and education.
