Director of Product role at Red Ventures. This role focuses on leading product strategy, complex partnerships (including USPS), and building a high-performing team to improve user experiences in the relocation space. Responsibilities
Own Product Strategy & Execution: Define vision and multi-quarter strategy for your product area, translate strategy into an outcome-based roadmap, and navigate the constraints of building experiences on USPS.com while maintaining quality. Navigate Complex Partnerships: Partner closely with USPS on Change of Address, build exceptional experiences within regulatory and technical constraints, serve as point person across internal and external partner teams, and ensure integrations add value without disrupting the journey. Drive Through Evidence: Run evidence-guided development with rigorous A/B testing across owned and partner properties, gather data from complex multi-stakeholder environments, conduct user research with Design, and balance experiment velocity with signal quality. Build Your Team: Mentor and develop a 4-5 person product team, foster a culture of clarity and learning, provide feedback and growth paths, and cultivate accountability in a hybrid environment. Lead Cross-Functionally: Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Partnerships, Advertising and Finance; navigate government stakeholder relationships; influence VP+ leadership around a unified vision; unblock execution and deliver results. How We Measure Success: Adoption and engagement on core journeys (including Change of Address), retention and user success metrics, experiment velocity and signal quality, roadmap delivery against quarterly objectives, and partnership milestones (including USPS). Qualifications
Must Have: 8+ years of product management experience (majority in consumer/marketplace products); 2+ years managing teams of 4+; strong product taste and UX craft; deep technical fluency with software development lifecycle; experience shipping products with complex external partners; proven strategy-to-execution ownership for large product area; cross-functional leadership with VP+ engagement; driver mindset with bias to action. Should Have: Experience with regulated or constrained partnership environments; platform thinking for internal/external scale; experience at 5M+ user scale; hands-on execution when needed. Nice To Have: Partnership experience in regulated industries (government, healthcare, finance); AI/ML application in consumer products; advertising ecosystem exposure. Compensation & Benefits
Cash Compensation Range: $145,000 - $236,000 per year Enrollment in Long Term Incentive Plan (Equity) Note: actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience Health, life, disability insurance; 401(k) with match; flexible spending accounts; paid holidays; PTO with accruals; parental bonding benefit; and other benefits, subject to eligibility.
