$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr My client are seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Development to lead and oversee all aspects of their development pipeline. This senior leadership role requires a hands-on developer with expertise in site acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, financial structuring, and project management to deliver projects on time and within budget. My client is a established PNW developer focused on delivering high-quality projects across multifamily, commercial and industrial space. With a proven track record of successful projects and a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement, they are expanding their leadership team to support their next phase of growth. Description

Lead the development team in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring new development opportunities aligned with company goals. Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and project pro formas to ensure profitable project execution. Collaborate with construction, leasing, and asset management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and handoff. Coordination with architects, engineers, local government agencies, and community stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with landowners, local officials, lenders, joint venture partners, and consultants. Drive strategic planning and growth initiatives, identifying market trends and emerging opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop the internal development team. Profile

Significant development experience, preferably within multifamily, commercial or industrial real estate. Proven track record managing projects from acquisition through entitlement, design, construction, and stabilization. Strong financial acumen with experience in complex pro forma modeling and capital stack structuring. Deep understanding of local and regional entitlement processes and community engagement. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Job Offer
