As a Product Applications Engineer, you will be responsible for working closely with early customers understanding customer requirements and partnering with our engineering team on technical solutions for our products. You will be the key point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for building out our product documentation and troubleshooting technical issues. How You Will Contribute
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product capabilities and limitations, act as "voice of the customer" Work alongside the commercial team to gather customer requirements and propose technical solutions Develop product technical documentation and conduct customer product presentations and trainings Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the product lifecycle. Troubleshoot technical or integration issues and seek timely resolution Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive What You Will Bring

Proven experience in a technical support, applications, or product engineering role centered around mass-deployed electronics components and systems. Strong understanding of energy or power product development lifecycle Awareness of MW-scale power plant design considerations and failure modes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Haves
Deep background deploying or designing MW-scale electrical equipment and/or installations Knowledge of utility scale solar, energy storage, EV fast charging and/or data center project development Prior experience at an EPC, as an owners-engineer, or in energy project O&M Heron Power provides competitive compensation (salary and equity) and benefits.
