Senior Director of IGBT Technology Development
to lead the development and qualification of cutting-edge silicon IGBT technologies for industrial and automotive power conversion applications. This leadership role is critical to driving innovation and commercialization of next-generation power semiconductor devices and modules power solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of power electronics, device physics, and fabrication processes, combined with leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate with cross-functional department. Responsibilities
Lead the development and qualification of cutting-edge silicon IGBT technologies for industrial and automotive power conversion applications. Provide leadership to guide teams and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive innovation and commercialization of next-generation power semiconductor devices and modules. Leverage expertise in power electronics, device physics, and fabrication processes to inform strategy and execution. Qualifications
