As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to drive the success of our Contingent Workforce Program and take our business to the next level. With your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and passion for Program management, you will help us achieve our goals and deliver high-quality contingent labor to our Enterprise. This role collaborates with stakeholders across all areas of the enterprise to understand colleagues' operational requirements necessary for success. This role will implement and oversee a best-in-class Contingent Labor managed program and related policies for the management contingent labor and the monitoring the performance and optimization of supporting suppliers. This role emphasizes strategic oversight across procurement and contingent labor programs, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration and technology enablement meeting the requirements of the enterprise businesses while controlling expenses, capturing value, driving policy compliance, mitigating risks and identifying preferred suppliers are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution : Define scope, goals, and deliverables; manage lifecycles and resources. Vendor Management : Partner with sourcing and contracting teams; monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance. Stakeholder Engagement : Align program objectives with enterprise goals through collaboration with leadership and external partners. Risk & Compliance : Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies (e.g., TPRG, IAM, Security Info). Performance Tracking : Use tools and systems to monitor and report program metrics. Change Management : Lead transitions and adoption of new systems or processes. Continuous Improvement : Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and cost savings through process evaluation and innovation. Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years in Contingent Labor programs or a related field, with a proven track record of managing successful projects (procurement) . Preferred Qualifications:

Technical Skills: in-depth knowledge of contingent labor management technologies (vendor management systems) Strong technical acumen supporting technologies, risk governance reviews Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, and clients. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of contingent labor. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently. Must be resilient, adaptable, and flexible in fast paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Education:

Bachelor's degree, or related field or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is: $75,400.00 - $182,549.00 Our people fuel our future.
