Inventory Administrator
for our dealership in Garden City, Kansas.
POSITION SUMMARY:
An Inventory Specialist will manage and optimize inventory operations to achieve exceptional customer service at the dealership level. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of our parts and equipment inventory. EOE.
COMPENSATION:
This is a full-time position with 40+ hours/week Base wage of $18-25 per hour, DOE. Eligible for overtime and annual discretionary bonus BENEFITS:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories on a monthly basis. Perform daily and weekly lot tours. Complete weekly ag equipment photo updates for sales and marketing. Receive, inspect and document shipments of agricultural equipment and parts. Coordinate with service and sales teams to ensure timely availability of required inventory. Track shipments and ensure timely receipt and documentation. Coordinate with vendors and transporters for equipment deliveries and transfers. Assist in loading and unloading of agricultural equipment. Utilize dealership inventory management systems (e.g. JDPoint, PartsAdvisor, etc.). Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records. Assist in organizing and labeling inventory storage areas for efficiency and safety. Support warranty and return processes for defective or excess parts. Assist in lot maintenance (e.g. mowing, trimming, snow removal, grading, etc.). Assist with general shop maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience operating forklift required. Knowledge of safety hazards and proper use of various cleaning and sanitizing solutions. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. Experience working cooperatively in a team environment. Ability to interact with staff and customers while remaining professional, polite and courteous. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching overhead. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Position also requires grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing. Must be able to load and unload trailer with equipment safely in various types of weather.
