Senior Product Manager – Regal Rexnord Reporting to the Director of Product Management, this role owns the product and marketing roadmap for Engineered Drives, driving profitable growth through new business development in existing and new markets. The position focuses on a clear value proposition, product roadmap, and business model deployment to capture equipment plus data/services recurring revenue for the business unit. This position is responsible for all aspects of the product life cycle, new product development programs, and the implementation of product/customer marketing strategies, value propositions, price positioning, and commercial launch activities to maximize profitable growth. The role also leads initiatives to drive portfolio share gain and margin expansion by partnering with sales, engineering, and operations teams globally. The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional leadership, business acumen, change management, team leadership, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & AOP Support – Strategic Market, Customer & Competitive Analysis: develop understanding of market size/growth by submarket and applications, industry trends, competitive and customer insights. Lead efforts in supporting the development of strategic plans and AOP, including assessment of market, competition, customer growth plans, and levers driving topline revenue and operating profit for the product platforms. Formulate Strategy & Opportunity: develop multigenerational product line roadmaps and secure cross-functional leadership buy-in; lead VOC and research to inform product strategies, plans, and new product opportunities. Identify and lead strategic projects for innovative growth opportunities leveraging technology, market trends, and integrated solutions. Direct the development and maintenance of long-term technology and product road maps. 80/20 Complexity Reduction, Strategic Pricing, Mix Up, Demand Shaping & Sales Funnel Development: drive portfolio simplification for margin expansion; lead marketing and sales in funnel development; implement price positioning and value pricing; drive product mix and demand-shaping strategies. Manage New Product Introductions from Concept to Commercialization: lead VOC to identify market requirements; manage cross-functional NPD teams across product definition, development, pricing, market introduction, sales tools, and promotion plans; drive NPD stage-gate processes; coordinate pro forma and financial analyses with Finance; develop positioning strategies for products and services. Go-To-Market Execution & Launch: develop training materials; support internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with sales and commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities; ensure collateral and launch materials support a successful commercial launch. Portfolio Lifecycle Management, SIOP & Working Capital Optimization: maximize product line performance; manage specifications, cost, quality, and data integrity; monitor competitive products and perform obsolescence reviews; participate in project funnel management and SIOP; align demand forecast and manufacturing plans with internal partners. Professional Experience/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business/marketing, or an MBA (strongly preferred). Minimum 10 years of Product Management, Marketing, Strategy, Operations, Engineering, Business Development, or related experience. Experience in mining, grain, cement, metals, or fertilizer industries preferred; engineering background beneficial. Strong financial and business acumen; experience with 80/20 complexity reduction and simplification. Strategic pricing, portfolio management, and ability to drive margin expansion; data-driven decision-making and financial analysis (P&L familiarity). Proven leadership with ability to influence across all organizational levels; strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities; ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to lead large cross-functional teams in challenging situations; strong program and project management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge a plus. Travel: 15-25% Benefits
