Seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified, Medical Director of PalliativeCare to support a well-established team in Humboldt County on California'sbeautiful North Coast. This unique leadership position will serve as MedicalDirector to the inpatient palliative care team at Providence St. Josephand Redwood Memorial Hospitals. Work and play amongst the redwoods servingresidents of Humboldt County. The Value of Working with Us 0.8 FTE/ 4 days a week Provide support to two hospitals in Humboldt County Fellowship training in Palliative Care is preferred Strong community-oriented team that is passionate about what they do Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5-6 weeks per year away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Generous, multiyear sign-on bonus and relocation assistance package Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Compensation is between $278,125 and $303,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that thissalary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject tovariation due to the factors noted above.
