YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is seeking a Membership Director to join our team overseeing membership at our Utica Ridge YMCA and YMCA Waterpark at the Landing! If you're a people-person with strong leadership skills and a passion for community, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Lead membership operations at the Utica YMCA and YMCA Waterpark at the Landing Hire, train, and develop member service staff. Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for all members and guests. Help create an outstanding experience for our members & guests What We're Looking For:
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Experience in staff supervision and customer service A positive, can-do attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Previous YMCA or recreation/fitness industry experience. Why the Y?
Salary:
$45,000-$55,000 annually. Compensation aligned with qualifications and experience.
