About The Role The Inventory Data Specialist reports to the Data & Process Manager on the Inventory Planning team, supporting the quality and integrity of Grocery Outlet's product data through regular monitoring, maintenance, and collaboration. Responsibilities Include
Build a cross-functional understanding of the business, specifically as it relates to end-to-end product lifecycle. Review error logs, tickets, dashboards, and item datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness, resolving gaps to maintain strong data integrity. Train others on new data quality standards and compliance. Participate in cross-functional data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization. Contribute to the development of data quality standards and SOPs. Recommend process enhancements based on recurring data issues and opportunities. Ad hoc tasks and analysis as needed. About The Pay
Base Salary Range: $70,000 Annually 401(k) Profit Sharing Medical, Dental, Vision & More! Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills. About You
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least one year of relevant experience Intermediate Excel Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize work effectively Curiosity to understand how data impacts the customer experience and business operations Experience in retail is a plus Experience with SAP HANA or similar ERP is a plus
