Evergreen Plumbing, Heating, and Air is looking for a dependable, hardworking Inventory and Equipment Technician to help keep our operation tight and efficient. You'll be responsible for overseeing the shop and warehouse, keeping inventory organized, pulling and staging job orders, and making sure our plumbing and HVAC crews have the parts, tools, and equipment they need to start each day ready to work. You'll also support the fleet by coordinating maintenance and ensuring vehicles stay stocked and in good condition.
What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain stock of plumbing and HVAC parts, materials, and warehouse inventory
Receive, check in, and organize deliveries and incoming stock
Track, manage, and stage inventory so technicians have the right parts and equipment to complete jobs
Pull and prepare job orders for the next day's work
Assist with loading materials into trucks and trailers as needed
Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient for daily operations
Manage tools and jobsite equipment, including assigning and recovering from technicians
Ensure everything is clean, charged, and in good working condition
Collaborate with service, install, and warehouse teams to anticipate material and equipment needs
Help improve systems that make stocking, staging, and inventory more efficient
What We're Looking For:
Shop, warehouse, or fleet experience (Plumbing or HVAC is a huge plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Mechanical know-how and comfort using power tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
Familiarity with inventory software (ServiceTitan a bonus)
Valid driver's license with a clean record
