The general manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This is a leadership role that works with a leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them. Responsibilities
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This includes helping Department Managers set goals, following up on progress, and coaching to improve departments. The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team for the future. Responsibilities also include working with the restaurant team to maintain operational standards and drive performance to meet profitability and customer expectations. Qualifications
Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants. Job Details
