Mail Processor needed in Phoenix, AZ
Responsible for pickup and delivery of mail and packages between post office, company buildings and inter-office locations.
May act as a courier for messages, documents and packages for in-house deliveries.
Sorts and distributes mail.
Prepares outgoing mail, weighing, calculating postage and posting letters and parcels.
Records postage charges and renews postage meter as required.
May prepare special reports depicting mail volume by department, destination and courier classification.
Works on assignments that are routine in nature where limited judgment is required.
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
What do we need from you?
High School Diploma (or GED)
Ability to frequently bend, kneel, reach, and sit or stand for long periods of time
The ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
Ability to work in a respectful way in a collaborative environment
Pay Rate:
The wage for this position is $18.55. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
