What will you do? The dentist is responsible for providing and ensuring the provision of preventative and restorative dental care that is consistent with accepted professional standards.
Qualifications
DDS degree from an accredited college or university
Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin
DEA registration
Vaccination and employment requirements It is mandatory that all employees, employed providers and volunteers are vaccinated. All hired candidates must submit proof of vaccination prior to their orientation. This is a mandatory requirement for Progressive Community Health Centers. The purpose is to minimize exposure to and transmission of the influenza virus in the workplace by providing occupational protection to employees and thereby preventing exposure to members of the community we serve.
Loan repayment opportunities NHSC Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) or NHSC Students to Service Loan Repayment Program (NHSC S2S LRP) may apply. In exchange for loan repayment, you serve at least two years of service at an NHSC-approved site in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).
