Fairview Health Services Job Overview 8 FTE, which is 28.8 patient contact hours per week Monday through Thursday; in-person visits in morning and virtual visits in afternoon Provide a full spectrum of care including diagnosis and management of diabetes and osteoporosis as well as disorders of the thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid glands Call responsibilities include participation in a regular rotation with the University of Minnesota Endocrinology physician team Opportunity to collaborate with other Endocrinology colleagues within the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the University of Minnesota. Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Established referral base of Fairview employed primary care and subspecialty physicians. Qualifications Graduate of an ACGME Endocrinology fellowship training program Board Certified/Board Prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges Community Information Edina is an affluent and highly desirable first-ring suburb of Minneapolis known for its top-tier schools, upscale shopping, and abundant parks.
