Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our new office in
Lake Oswego, OR . We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. We take immense pride in the life-changing dental implant treatments we provide, and nothing brings us more joy than witnessing the positive impact it has on our patients’ lives. At Nuvia, our CRNAs are efficient with their time, self motivated and always put the patients safety as the top priority. Great work life balance PRN to cover vacation weeks Predictable Mon-Thursday schedule No Nights/Weekends/Call/Holidays All CRNA Practice Independent practice, 1099 100% autonomy Daily guarantee (whether you work or not) Hourly rate: starts at $265 per hr (rates are negotiated based on location, market, etc.) Most importantly, you get to be a part of delivering final-caliber implants, next-day (NO TEMPS!!) Education/Experience/Licensure
Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful Duties
Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment Success in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every single patient. Effective communication, with all parties involved, is crucial for the success of our centers.
