Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH), in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible, General Urologist to join the CMH-OHSU Health Urology Clinic in Astoria, Oregon, in 2026. This position offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the benefits of a small-town community practice at CMH, with an affiliation to Oregon's only academic medical center, OHSU. CMH is a full-service, 25-bed, critical access, not-for-profit, Planetree Gold-Certified hospital prioritizing person-centered care, serving the community for over a century. It employs nearly 700 caregivers and over 90 physicians and advanced practice professionals across various specialties, utilizing the latest diagnostic tools and electronic medical records. The role involves providing high-quality clinical care as a General Urologist, adhering to all relevant regulatory guidelines. Opportunities for teaching and research may be available, including giving lectures, participating in resident conferences, and engaging in scholarly activities. Collaboration with other faculty on research projects is voluntary and encouraged. Required Qualifications: Doctorate in medicine (MD) and postdoctoral training Board certified/board-eligible Urologist Current license and certification with the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners, DEA, and CPR/PALS certification Proven record in teaching, scholarship, and service Experience in managing urologic conditions, including minimally invasive, robotic, and open surgical techniques Located in Astoria, Oregon, on the north coast, the area offers vibrant community life and outdoor recreation.
