597-bed academic medical center with a robust cardiac program, a Kidney and Pancreas transplant program, one of the busiest Labor and Delivery units in the state, and the state’s only certified Burn Center. Compensation and benefits:
Very competitive compensation package for full-time general anesthesiologists including 8 weeks of PTO, 401(k) retirement, malpractice, life and disability insurance, and post-call day off as an employee of the RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group. Responsibilities & requirements
Successful candidates must be: ABA board-certified or board-eligible for new graduates Completed Anesthesiology residency Specialized training in anesthesia care of infants and children Willing to participate in required on-call schedules NJ licensed or eligible for licensure in NJ (candidates with a NJ license will be preferred at this time) Newly graduating residents and fellows are encouraged to apply. Residents/fellows may also participate in the RWJBH Resident/Fellowship stipend program, potentially earning up to $50,000 during the final year of training. Salary range anticipated for the hired position is $575,000 to $650,000 per year, depending on education, skills, and experience. Equal opportunity:
