We’re hiring an AI Analyst / Enablement Lead to bridge the gap between AI innovation and enterprise-wide adoption. In this role, you will champion AI literacy, drive internal education programs, build insight dashboards, and enable cross-functional teams to effectively understand, evaluate, and use AI-powered solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a mix of data storytelling, technical fluency, and operational enablement skills who is passionate about the responsible and scalable use of AI. Develop training content, enablement programs, and onboarding materials to upskill technical and non-technical teams on AI capabilities. Work with product, engineering, and data science to translate complex AI features into clear business outcomes and use cases. Build dashboards and internal reports to measure adoption, usage, performance, and impact of AI solutions. Partner with product marketing and GTM teams to align AI features with customer education and support readiness. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions on AI trends, tools, and responsible use cases. Serve as the internal expert on Responsible AI practices, bias awareness, explainability, and governance frameworks. Design evaluation frameworks to track the effectiveness and adoption of AI tools, models, and platform components. Identify blockers to AI adoption and work with leaders to co-create solutions across change management and process enablement. Contribute to documentation, FAQs, decision guides, and other internal assets that promote AI best practices and safe use. Continuously monitor the evolving AI landscape and help inform strategy for new internal and customer-facing initiatives. Participate in a highly compliant environment while assisting to maintain company controls and security within your job role. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in analytics, enablement, technical program management, or AI operations in a SaaS or enterprise setting. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, traditional ML, semantic search, and agentic systems. Experience building stakeholder-facing dashboards and reports. Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts into business insights and training narratives. Familiarity with Responsible AI principles, data privacy requirements, and regulatory frameworks. Track record of building or managing internal training programs for technical tools or platforms. Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, GTM, and customer success teams. Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and an education-first mindset. Nice To Have

We’re located in beautiful Golden, Colorado. This is a full-time, salaried position + bonus. AbsenceSoft provides a wide variety of perks and benefits.
